Sara Azzini – Lawyer
Sara received a MS degree in Law by Università degli Studi di Pavia in 2007. In 2010 she achieved a postgraduate degree in Law from Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali conferred jointly by Università degli Studi di Pavia and Università Commerciale Bocconi.
From 2007 till 2012 Sara was a research fellow with the European Centre for Law Science and New Technologies.
She has also been a professor’s assistant for the course Science, law and new technologies at Università degli Studi di Pavia.
From 2008 till 2011 Sara conducted research on the relationship between Civil Law and end of life decisions, in cooperation with Fondazione IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo.
Sara has been focusing her educational and professional path on civil law, and she is an expert in advising private companies.
Sara provides both litigation and transactional legal services to individuals, Italian and International companies.
Sara thinks that photography is the most fascinating 21st century art form, and she loves taking photographs in her spare time.
Alessandro Zagni – CPA
Alessandro received a MS degree in Economics and Business Administration by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2002.
Alessandro focused his educational and post-graduate training on auditing and management consulting towards SMEs, franchise, agricultural and start-up companies.
He served as councillor in the Municipality of Cremona from 2009 till 2011.
Alessandro plays the role of external auditor in multinational companies, organizations and local governments.
From 2013 to 2014 he was member of the board of Assofranchising Italiana – the Italian Association of Franchising – founder member of E.F.F. – European Franchise Federation – associated to the W.F.C. – World Franchise Council – and to Confcommercio.
Thanks to his educational path and professional background, Alessandro is expert in franchise, SMEs, agricultural and start-up companies consulting. He also assists international companies investing in Italy and Italian companies investing abroad.
Alessandro practices many sports, such as basketball and swimming, and he likes eating Italian and French cheeses.
